A few good questions.
Do I need PLAYER to buy votes?
No. Free server members can buy additional votes. You still need a verified website account and a confirmed Discord connection.
Do additional votes expire?
No. Unused purchased votes stay in your account until spent. Membership expiry does not remove them. Account deletion closes the balance after your confirmation.
Can I vote for the same ticker again?
Yes. Additional votes may be used on the same ticker multiple times, within the active competition rules.
What happens when I turn off renewal?
Your PLAYER access continues to the exact end of the seven-day period you already paid for. It is not cut off early. Without a successful new payment, access is not extended.
Does everyone renew on Friday?
No. Each subscription renews every seven days from purchase. Discord competition rounds follow their own weekly schedule.
What happens if my card is declined?
Existing paid time remains. If no new payment succeeds by its end, PLAYER access expires without a grace period. Stripe may retry outstanding payments according to the billing configuration.
Can I change my linked Discord account?
Not through self-service. Contact support before purchasing if the confirmed profile is wrong. Your Discord ID, not a changeable username, is the account link.
Is this financial advice?

Are refunds available?
There are no discretionary refunds, but this policy does not override mandatory withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights. Contact support for billing errors or legal-rights requests.
